Judith has an extensive career at AkzoNobel and has a background in chemical engineering. She currently leads the Innovation Excellence department which integrated the sustainability team 1,5 years ago. The approach to sustainable business that was developed is People. Planet. Paint. It is instrumental to achieve the challenging goals that have been set. It has led to an innovation & sustainability program which requires collaboration between all functions in the company and even with external partners, working towards one goal – bring new sustainable products to life.
