In the current phase of the industrial revolution, process automation and robotics play an important part in increasing efficiency and boosting productivity. Traditionally, focus on descriptive analytics has been via Business Intelligence solutions. With the advancement of Predictive and Prescriptive analytics, business focus has shifted dramatically to algorithms to understand the future and create insights on possible outcomes. On the other hand, the end to end processes are not often mature to handle the Insights towards Actions. In most cases, these would even be time consuming manual actions. Integration of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) with Insights can bridge these gaps and enable end to end business process automation and deliver bigger impacts. But how do you secure such a transformation? How do you closely align operations and IT?

These and other questions will be discussed during the presentation by Nitesh Saini and Harm Hendriks from Canon.
