Approval
After your application, we carefully asses whether your experience and function profile meet the audience requirements. We practise these requirements to ensure small-scaled, confidential sessions where participants feel welcome to discuss experiences with their peers. Sharing challenges and experiences is one of the key elements during these sessions. A few days after your application you will receive a message containing the confirmation of your participation or the unfortunate rejection of your application. In the latter, we will always ascertain whether you can participate in other sessions.

Shortly before the session, you will receive all information concerning the session such as the program, participants, location in case of a physical event or the instructions for digital events. In addition, we kindly inquire participants to present inputs beforehand to stimulate dialogue.

- During all our sessions, the Chatham House Rule applies. This means that the participants are free to use the information received, but neither the identity nor the affiliation of the speaker(s), nor that of any other participant, may be revealed. This means that no report, no photos and no recordings are made of the meeting. The presentation will also not be distributed to the participants afterwards.
