Philips’ Actions and Efforts to Decarbonise the Supply Chain | How to Engage the Workforce to Reach ESG goals

March 19, 2024

In this Vision Dinner, Maaike van ‘t Zand, Sustainability Director at Philips, takes you in her journey so far. She explains the main goals and shows her efforts to get sustainability in the organisation’s DNA and its way of working. Furthermore, she will talk about the role of employees, how to motivate them, and how to capture their innovative power. She does this by demonstrating the ‘Infinity Program’ in which teams compete for the best sustainable solution or process by collective impact, cascaded empowerment and orchestrated engagement. This has led to, for example, a more circular waste stream and cost reduction.
