Wotjek Gajewksi has been the the Continuous Improvement Director Europe at Refresco since April 2019. He joined the firm in 2013 and managed several Con-tinuous Improvement programs before obtaining his current position. Wojtek started his career in 1996 at Six Sigma BB in the Toronto Area. Afterwards, he worked for Technicolor and the Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company before joining Refresco.

Refresco is a worldwide producer of sodas, water, fruit juices, and energy drinks. The group exists of multiple business units that provide for retailers and A-brands in Europe and North America. Over the past few years, Refresco has seen a steady growth through its buy-and-build strategy, a key catalyst for its growth and value creation. However, the management of several business units and brands calls for a streamlined and integrated chain system.
