At Shell Lubricants, Sanchay Roy has led a transformative journey within the organization, focusing on critical areas such as: enhancing operational excellence, improving supply chains and streamlining capital project processes. Despite Shell Lubricants' market-leading position, Sanchay identified opportunities for improvement, particularly in addressing technological challenges and fostering a culture of change. His approach emphasizes leveraging data-driven insights to enhance supply chain resilience and address technological debt, driving efficiency and effectiveness through digitalization.
