Lely is a global market leader in the agritech sector, renowned as a family-owned business with a strong emphasis on innovation and sustainability. Prior to joining Lely, Gerlof spent over 25 years in various operational and leadership roles within the manufacturing industry, including in the automotive and consumer electronics sectors.
