Supply Chain Director

Jan-Willem Roossink is the Director of Planning Europe at Heineken and has a diverse background in both finance and operational roles within the supply chain. He began his career in finance and risk management working for banks and asset managers, but soon realized his passion lay more in operational functions. In 2010, he moved to Heineken, initially working in the Africa-Middle East region as a liaison between finance and operations. Since 2013, he has fully focused on supply chain management. After ten years abroad, including roles as Brewery Manager in Congo and Supply Chain Director in Lebanon and La Réunion, he returned to Amsterdam two years ago to lead a transformation project within Heineken’s European supply chain.
