At Heineken Netherlands Supply the choice was made to go for a hybrid model of decentralized and centralized business continuity and resilience. So how do you implement these plans at both central and decentral levels with minimal resistance? Lukas will tell you all about his approach and methods during this Vision Dinner. After his presentation, there will be an open discussion with Lukas and the other participants. You are most welcome to join!
Lukas Teijema, Heineken
Privacy, IT/OT Cyber Security and Continuity
Lukas has been working at Heineken since November 2019. He is in charge of privacy, as well as IT and operational security at Heineken. He is also in charge of Heineken's business continuity. Prior to that, he held security functions for a number of major corporations.
Many large organisations tend to manage and control business continuity and resilience at a central level. However, cooperation and translation of central plans may prove to be difficult due to resistance at the decentralized level.
