Utilizing Identity and Access Management to enable both security and superior customer experience | With Roel Bierens, Head of Digital Trust and Security – Identify at LeasePlan

November 28, 2023

How can digital trust solutions like identity and access management (IAM) drive value through improved customer experience (CX) without sacrificing security? This topic will be covered by LeasePlan. LeasePlan is a leading provider of Car-as-a-Service, a trend where vehicle ownership is replaced by a subscription-based mobility solution. A key factor in LeasePlan’s success is a customer first approach that builds digital trust. However, considering the sheer amount of customer channels that are part of a chain like LeasePlan’s, this causes serious data security concerns. So, how does a company secure their data without sacrificing the CX? How do you provide access to the right people and entities while maintaining security standards? And how to reduce friction for customers while keeping their data secure?

Roel will present LeasePlan's identity-driven approach to security and its implications for CX to provide answers to such questions during his talk. After the presentation, there is an opportunity for an open discussion with Roel and the other participants. You are most welcome to join!
