During this interactive Vision Dinner, Janet de Vries, Deputy Director of HRM at the Police, will give a presentation. Janet will discuss the HR strategy at the Police, with a particular focus on the issues of inflow and retention of employees. During her presentation, she will explain that it is important to have an integrated approach to arrive at a future-proof total solution that is more than the sum of its parts. Learning & development are crucial within this strategy. After the presentation, there will be room for extensive discussion with Janet and your peers.

Attracting, retaining and promoting employees is a top priority within a good HR policy. Within many organizations, the same approach is used for all employees and these priorities are seen and treated as separate components.
