Information
Topic

Organisational data analytics is becoming increasingly vital in today's dynamic business landscape. This drives informed decision-making, and fosters efficiency to finally improve the working environment for employees. In this light, VodafoneZiggo has developed a data dashboard for teams and leaders: insights are retrieved from the (online) working environment and results are shared with team leaders. Based on these insights, the way of working in the organisation is improved. Changes are beneficial for all employees: work processes are optimised (for example with a maximum time for meetings), collaboration is improved, the work-life balance is empowered. This finally leads to cultivating the organisational culture.
