He is responsible for optimizing and digitizing internal processes within the bank, focusing on back-end automation and process optimization. This includes the use of workflows, robots and low-code solutions. Erik has a background in IT and digital transformation within the financial sector. In his current role, he focuses on scalable process automation solutions, addressing complex legacy systems and end-to-end process optimization.
