Approval
After your application, we carefully asses whether your experience and function profile meet the audience requirements. We practise these requirements to ensure small-scaled, confidential sessions where participants feel welcome to discuss experiences with their peers. Sharing challenges and experiences is one of the key elements during these sessions. In the latter, we will always ascertain whether you can participate in other sessions.

Shortly before the session, you will receive all information concerning the session such as the program, participants, location in case of a physical event or the instructions for digital events. In addition, we kindly inquire participants to present inputs beforehand to stimulate dialogue.
