During this Vision Dinner, Peter Siegmann, CIO EAS, and Tjerrie Smit, Head of Data and AI, will elaborate on scaling the Data and Analytics Platform within NN Group. This contributes to a data-driven organisation that aims to continually improve the customer journey. Related to the platform, Peter and Tjerrie will discuss data governance, scaling, achieved results, and vision on the future.

The amount of data within organisations is growing rapidly, increasing the necessity of IT tools that extract maximum value from the collected data. Valuable data can improve elements such as customer experiences and efficiency of business processes. However, different departments within an organisation, or different branches within a group, often seek different value from the collected data. How do you provide the different departments or branches with the required data? How do you customize IT tools to differentiate processing and analysis of data throughout the departments, while maintaining a centralised core.
