All You Can Learn at UWV

During this Vision Dinner, Didde Melchiorsen, Manager of the UWV Academy, will explain how UWV addresses the needs of their employees through the UWV Academies. Didde will discuss how they collect and use data within the Academy to develop "All you can learn" programs that perfectly align with the organization's needs. She will also address challenges familiar to many organizations, such as retaining employees who now work remotely or in hybrid settings. Through initiatives like online learning programs and community-building days, UWV is successfully enhancing employee satisfaction and retention.
