Information
Topic

Talent management practices have evolved over the years. The war on talent has created an environment in which most companies struggle to attract external talent. Once the right people have been attracted their skills also tend to lose relevance quickly in today’s hyper-changing environment. This has lead to a renaissance of Strategic Talent Management in which companies provide training to their employees to help them grow to their optimal capabilities while keeping organizational objectives in mind.
