With his specialism in value creation, strategic business planning, and different cultures he aims to digitalise and innovate the sales area at Lely. He believes in creating a unique and uniform customer experience globally. To realise this, Gijs and his team work on creating a starting point and extending it while in the meantime professionalising the aligned sales channels in an omnichannel approach.

Therefore, the ability to deal with and embrace change quickly is a success factor in sales.
