In 2024, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Objectives & Key Results (OKRs) have become essential tools not only for tracking cybersecurity investments but for understanding threat patterns, evaluating incident response, and identifying system vulnerabilities. Join us on March 25 for an exclusive Vision Dinner with Jurre Horsels, Director of Security at VodafoneZiggo, as he delves into the role of cybersecurity metrics in today’s threat landscape. These metrics play an important role in strategic decision-making, highlighting a company’s readiness against evolving cyber threats and demonstrating resilience to stakeholders.

Jurre will share his experience in developing a security dashboard and share both the successes and challenges he and his team encountered along the way. He will address the complexities of presenting security metrics that engage stakeholders, influence decisions, and prompt meaningful questions about organizational readiness.

After the presentation, a three-course dinner offers the opportunity to exchange ideas with Jurre and fellow industry leaders and discuss topics such as how cyber risk is business risk, and how to both measure and present ROI and progress effectively and meaningfully to relevant stakeholders: what does the number you present say?
