Topic

Digital transformation is fundamentally shifting the way organizations market their products and services. Such a transformation has many dimensions and is only successful when all dimensions are in motion at the same time: from adjustments in IT and structural organizational changes to a radical new way of (digital) thinking. As a leader, how do you deal with these changes and how do you specifically ensure that IT supports the transition to an agile organization?
