Before joining ABN AMRO, Dennis has developed his knowledge and experience in AI and Digital at IPsoft and McKinsey Digital. At IPsoft, he was responsible for the cognitive agent Amelia and at McKinsey he led transformations in AI, Advanced Analytics, Data and Cloud. At ABN AMRO, he is responsible for the identification and implementation of valuable AI applications.
It is the mission of ABN AMRO's AI department to use smart algorithms to add value for customers and employees. The ambition: in the future, any form of customer interaction will be supported by AI.
Dennis de Reus heads the AI department and is currently working towards a hybrid model, in which employees are supported in their work by artificial intelligence (Human Augmentation). Concrete examples are personalized suggestions to ABN AMRO employees for answering customer questions or tailor-made solutions and advice for customers.
