Optimising customer experience is one of the most essential goals for many businesses to gain a competitive advantage. To keep optimising the customer experience, organisations have to innovate. And in order to innovate, they need infrastructure that 'simply works,' ensures security and privacy, and is adaptable to changing conditions. This is a challenge that many organisations face nowadays. ABN AMRO is attempting to meet this challenge via the Future Customer Experience 2025 programme. With our mission ‘banking for better for generations to come’, the customer rules over technique which asks for a major cultural shift.
