Elise Teuben

Head Innovation Joint IV Commando

Elise Teuben works at the Defense IT company. In her role as Head of Innovation, she is responsible for the innovative strength, vital for Defense and therefore an absolute precondition. During this Virtual Round Table, Elise Teuben will take you through how the Joint IV Command takes innovation to a higher level, which spearheads Elise uses and how they can also be applied to your organization.

To guarantee our security, the armed forces rely on technological innovation every day to combat contemporary threats, including in the IT field. However, the Defense organization is based on certainties - strict procedures that leave no room for trying something out - IT must above all be robustly available 24x7. That is a huge contradiction. Nevertheless, the Defense organization has succeeded in continuing to innovate within the conservative organisation. This does not stop at pilots, but it is about lasting innovative power. Universal learnings that apply to every organization!

Program will follow soon.
