The financial sector functions as the foundation for our strong economy and prosperous society. This sector is also moving along with the digital transformation trend, offering value to private and business customers, as it enables them to gain control over their financial situation. Providing accessible insights, offering customised services, and processing transactions, claims, and requests as quickly as possible should all contribute to the customer journey. However, successful digital transformations need significant contributions from IT engineers and management.
