Martin has gained experience in successfully executing IT-driven change projects within large organizations in various sectors, such as Telecom, Advisory Services and Energy. Since 2019, he has been responsible for the Data and IT of Energie Beheer Nederland (EBN). Martin's approach revolves around deploying the right resources within digital transformation to accelerate the realization of the business strategy. At EBN, he faces the same challenges as other large organizations, but he is able to avoid red tape and solve problems immediately.

To successfully implement your business strategy, everyone within your organization must be able to make optimal use of the workplace as a portal to all information processing systems. Now that in many cases the hybrid workplace is made possible by a solid IT infrastructure, the question remains how you can guarantee that all your employees can use this workplace optimally. This is of unprecedented importance from both a business development and a business continuity perspective
