Before Willem-Bart joined Philips, he was Global Head Culture, Leadership & Talent at Aegon, Head of People & Organisational Development at Eneco Group and worked at various consultancies with a focus on Transformation, Change, Innovation and Leadership Development. He is also co-author of the book "The New Leadership".


Philips underwent an enormous transformation, in which the company developed from an electronics concern into a health company.


In a rapidly changing world, it is vital for organizations to be agile, innovative and resilient. This often requires a transformation. Culture and Leadership are essential elements in transformations and largely determine whether an organization succeeds in innovating and becoming more agile.
