At VodafoneZiggo, Candice Dillon is responsible for all core IT and in continuously enabling business strategy and the next level of digital transformation. Previously, Candice was the CIO for NN International. In this role she supported IT across 11 countries and delivered new IT initiatives and transformation for the international organisation. Before moving to NN Candice was a managing director at Accenture Netherlands and led the Banking Technology and Consulting practices within Financial Services.


VodafoneZiggo changed in culture, internal capability, delivery and IT which all together led to an increasingly digital company with higher customer satisfaction and higher efficiency as a result.


Digital transformation leads to new requirements for IT departments. Besides refining and operating IT systems, which are major tasks of an organization's traditional IT function, there is a rising need to develop and support the innovative capability due to digital disruptions. Agile IT setups are discussed as a potential measure to cope with these challenges and to address the quest for more agility and speed.
