In 2019, Shell published a Liquid Natural Gas (LNG) Outlook which stated that LNG projects can be cost-competitive and a cleaner fuel for heavy-duty road transport, shipping and industrial users. In recent years, steps have been taken by means of the economy of scale. Now it is the turn of the digital revolution to take further steps in the oil and gas industry, in which there is still a lot to be gained.
