Information
Topic

In today’s world the market is evolving rapidly: consumer behaviour keeps changing profoundly and new entrants find their way to existing markets. These changes force organisations to think about ways to increase their competitive advantage and develop new business models. Sakura is one of these organisations that is disrupting the healthcare market by entering with a subscription model. The advantages of such a model are clear: as companies take responsibility for the complete life cycle of a product, they can get more insights in the performance and usage of the product, and drive continuous improvement. The new model helps in delivering value for money and creating long-term partnerships with clients. The big challenge is obviously the adoption of a disrupting model.
