During this Vision Dinner Tatiana Sumina, Transformation Leader at KPN and Rob Zoon, VP of Finance at Irdeto will provide an overview of the key business drivers within their organisation that led to the initiation of the programme and the challenges and successes of their transformation journeys. Tatiana Sumina’s is an ExCO telco industry leader who has delivered business critical global transformation programs for over 20 years. In doing so, she utilizes her skills in multi-country leadership, business strategy, operations management, finance and most recently digitization. She is a trusted adviser at C-Suite level, seasoned steering committee member and champion of continuous improvement. She has previously worked at Golden Telecom, Telenor and VEON, and is now the Transformational Leader and Director of the BRIDGE Program at KPN in Rotterdam.

Rob Zoon is a very experienced financial consultant with strong analytical skills and strategic awareness. He is a change agent with the ability to build bridges in a cross functional organisation to establish shared responsibility and accountability. In his own words he “delivers what is needed and beyond”. After more than 10 years of working at BT Global Services, Rob joined Irdeto in 2013, and now is the VP of Finance.

Melissa Raczak is a Partner in Deloitte Consulting’s Technology, Media and Telecom team. She has over 16 years of experience in leading and managing global transformational programs within the cable and mobile industry. Melissa has worked with several telco clients in technology, commercial and finance teams. Next to her client work Melissa leads Telcom, Media and Technology industry practice and an advocate of the Womens initiatives within Deloitte’s network to build, develop and empower the women within Deloitte.
