During this Vision Dinner, Ron Bergers will share how he and his team are driving FrieslandCampina's digital transformation process as a whole. FrieslandCampina gives the countries themselves a lot of freedom in the international environment, but various structures have been set up to measure & stimulate the progress of the digital transformation per country and to benefit from economies of scale. Ron likes to talk about building communities within his organization that can learn from each other and accelerate together. During this Round Table, a lot of attention is paid to dialogue and you are therefore very welcome to participate as a peer!
