CEO

Janus Smalbraak has been the CEO of Pon Holdings since 2010, after filling several other positions at the firm since 2001, such as COO and Director of Strategy and Development. Smalbraak is also Chair – Supervisory Board at IMCD NV, Chair of the Stedelijk Museum Fund and advisor at CVC.

Prior to joining Pon Holding, mr. Smalbraak was active at Van Ommeren Shipping Holdings and NeSBIC Group B.V. (Fortis).

He holds a law degree from the University of Amsterdam and obtained his MBA from the University of Bradford.
