During this Vision Dinner Johannes Oljelund, Ambassador of Sweden in the Hague, welcomes the network at his residence for a discussion on Dutch-Swedish business collaboration. In his keynote, he will discuss how the three focus points for the Swedish Embassy, innovation, sustainability and gender equality, are translated into the bilateral relations between the countries. What should you take into account when doing business with Swedish companies, and how can you network with peers based in for example Stockholm, Gothenburg and Malmö? Taking a geopolitical view, Mr. Oljelund would like to engage with you in an open dialogue on the opportunities in Dutch-Swedish trade.
Johannes Oljelund, Embassy of Sweden
Ambassador of Sweden
The Swedish and Dutch business markets have much in common, both being very liberal. Therefore, for Swedish businesses the Netherlands is often the first step into establishment in the European market. Besides their political role, the official representation of the Swedish government in the Netherlands works on trade and investment promotion between the two countries.
