The future of eCommerce at Philips
The year 2020 has drastically changed our idea of ‘normal’. For many organisations, digital was the only way to continue and the customer focus quickly shifted to online platforms. In this digital world, customer behavior completely changed and organisations had to be able to adapt quickly. After all, ‘It’s Not the Big That Eat the Small…It’s the Fast That Eat the Slow.’
During this Virtual Round Table the impact of the coronavirus on eCommerce and how this brought new possibilities were discussed. Future strategies related to eCommerce and the coronavirus were also highlighted and the session looked at how these strategies can best be implemented.
Labinot Maloku is responsible for the customer experience for both B2B and B2C for Philips’ eCommerce platform. During this Virtual Round Table he talked about his experiences during this eventful time and looked ahead to the opportunities that presented themselves within eCommerce for Philips. He looked at newly introduced projects that have taken customer experience to a higher level.
