Smart Industry Network Netherlands – The Future of Industry is Now
The current digital transformation (industry 4.0) offers many new opportunities for the Dutch manufacturing industry. On the other hand, the ambition to create value through cooperation and research is still limited. Nevertheless, it is difficult to strengthen the position of Dutch industry without paying attention to it. In order to maintain a competitive manufacturing industry, cooperation will be necessary.
During this Virtual Seminar new technologies in the field of digitalisation of factories, supply chain in industries and integrated automation of processes were discussed. Presentations from different speakers with varying backgrounds provide a multifaceted view of the opportunities and challenges within industry 4.0.
One of the keynote speakers during this session was Sergey Patsko. During this session Sergey discussed the power of data in digitising organisations. He discussed how this can lead to new business outcomes and improved customer service. With his experience in IoT & Industrial Manufacturing, Sergey described how this can apply to Industry 4.0.
